While watching Ojy Okpe's report on Arise news this morning, one of the interesting stories (there were many) was about a Nigerian pastor who committed suicide, to avoid coming back to Nigeria. A supposedly man of God who had congregation. Was it the fear for hardship(s) he might face coming back here that prompted him to take his own life or what? Whatever it may be, his action didn't demonstrate trust in his belief. What do you folks think about this.?

Mathew Clinton: It's unbelievable hearing this. what could have prompted him to that level. God knows best
AOJ: Well, pastors are human too. However, they should be better people than most of us because they are teachers who should practice what they preach. I have passed no judgment here, please.
Felix: It’s a tragic situation, and without knowing all the facts, it’s best not to assume his reasons. Sometimes people struggle with burdens that aren’t visible to others, regardless of their faith or position.
Chukwudi Onwuelingo: It is so disheartening that such a person can take his own life..
What example did he set for the upcoming ones?

Comfort Yako Asala: Unfortunately the deceased is not here to give his reasons. We can only fault his actions but not judge him.
