Seplat Energy Plc has announced that Dr Emma FitzGerald, an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Company's Board at the end of the 2026 financial year after deciding not to seek re-election at the Company's 2027 Annual General Meeting (AGM). In a regulatory disclosure, the company stated that Dr FitzGerald will step down from the Board effective December 31, 2026, concluding more than five years of service.
