IShowSpeed just bought his own content empire's headquarters.
The 21-year-old streamer purchased a 26,600-square-foot warehouse near Miami's West Little River for close to $11 million — a building that sold for just $8 million back in 2022.
It's not random real estate. The warehouse sits just blocks from where he went viral in 2024 for jumping over two speeding sports cars mid-livestream. He's putting down permanent roots in the exact neighborhood that helped make him famous.
The move comes right after one of the biggest stretches of his career — becoming the first streamer to ever perform at a World Cup final, and getting turned into a playable character in FIFA's official video game.
He's following the same blueprint as MrBeast, who bought his own $14 million production warehouse in North Carolina.
With an estimated $30 million in annual earnings and major brand deals already locked in, Speed isn't just building a bigger studio. He's building infrastructure for a business that's outgrown a bedroom setup a long time ago.
