Findings show 78 MDAs allocated nearly *N400bn* for mosques, traditional rulersβ palaces, community halls and market squares in the 2026 budget.
Examples: village halls in Anambra, Emirβs palace in Yobe, refurbishment of Obasβ palaces in Ogun, mosques in Kebbi/Ekiti. Analysts say funds could be better spent on healthcare, education, security and power.
2. *Osun 2026 Election tensions*
