Your Excellencies President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima, 240 million Nigerians are writing as concerned Nigerian citizen who has followed your recent engagements, including the visit to the Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone in Benin Republic. The reports confirm that the visit was aimed at strengthening Nigeria’s Special Agro‑Industrial Processing Zones and exploring new pathways for reviving our textile and manufacturing industries.

However, with the presidential election only six months away, many of us fear that these initiatives may once again become promises that fade after election season. For decades, Nigerians have watched photo opportunities, MoUs, and announcements that never translate into real jobs or real development.

Our question is direct and urgent: When will the hiring and deployment of Nigeria’s youths and graduates begin? We have over 240 million Nigerian and millions of capable young Nigerians who are ready to work today. We cannot continue waiting while poverty deepens and hope fades.

We demand immediate action — not slogans, not delays, not political speeches. If Nigeria is truly committed to industrial revival, then construction of sites, installation of machinery, and mass recruitment must begin now. Every day lost is another day of unemployment, hunger, and frustration for families across the country.

We demand your administration to demonstrate that this time is different. Show Nigerians that these projects will not be abandoned as others have been for decades. Show us that the Renewed Hope Agenda is more than words. Sirs action speaks louder than words
