The admission of failures by Head of service and Office of the Accountant General office in the House of representatives committee investigation of the fake agency, is a good thing.
The next question is what happens to those who failed in their responsibilities?
I was looking forward for resignations after the admittance of the failures. Maybe, I'm too early. But some persons must pay for the embarrassment. Its too much a disgrace.
