Tyla!
I understand the grievances of my fellow Nigerians regarding the ongoing xenophobic attacks against Nigerians and other Africans in South Africa. However, I believe an exception should be made for Tyla at this point so she can perform in Nigeria in December.

That said, we also expect her to speak to her fellow South Africans about the need to respect the dignity and rights of fellow Africans, just as Julius Malema has publicly condemned the xenophobic attacks.

Nigerians are peaceful and welcoming people, but there must be mutual respect and understanding. South Africans should extend the same respect and humanity to other Africans that they expect for themselves.
