Russia accuses Telegram of aiding Ukrainian intelligence, declares founder wanted

Pavel Durov, Telegram’s founder, is facing charges in Russia over allegations that the messenger app has been used by Ukrainian secret services.

According to the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), the Kremlin domestic security service, Telegram’s administration has failed to remove numerous channels, chats, and bots on the messaging platform that are actively used by Ukrainian intelligence agencies, terrorist and extremist organisations.
