Before you say “I do” there are things you need to know about your spouse to be.

Beyond knowing their dreams, personality, and values, it is also important to understand their health background.

Have you talked about your family medical history?
Do you know if there are inherited conditions in either family?
Are there recurring illnesses that future generations should be aware of?

These conversations may not always be easy, but they are important.

Knowing your partner’s health history is not about judging anyone or creating fear. It is about being informed, making responsible decisions, and building a healthier future together.

Before you walk down the aisle, don’t only ask…
Do we love each other?

Also ask..
“Do we know enough about each other to make wise decisions for our future?”

Love is beautiful. Love with knowledge is even better. ❤️
