Here are Nasir El-Rufai's SIMPLE bail conditions yet unable to meet them.

1. DSS Wiretapping Case

✅Bail Sum: ₦100 million with one surety in like sum.

Surety Qualifications:
☑️Must be a Federal Civil Servant not below Grade Level 17 (Director level).
☑️Must reside in or own landed property in Maitama or Asokoro (Abuja) and deposit the original Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) with the court registry.
☑️Must provide 3 months of bank-authenticated salary statements, a 6-month tax clearance certificate, and a verification letter from their government department.

Additional Requirements:
☑️Deposit all valid international passports with the court registry.
☑️Report to the DSS Headquarters in Abuja on the last Friday of every month at 10:00 AM.
☑️Submit a letter of attestation from the Chairman of the Kaduna State Traditional Council.

2. ICPC Corruption Case (Federal High Court, Kaduna)

✅Bail Sum: ₦200 million with two sureties in like sum.

Surety Qualifications:
☑️First Surety: Serving or retired Federal Government official not below Grade Level 15.
☑️Second Surety: A recognized traditional ruler.

Additional Requirements:
☑️Imposed a gag order prohibiting public comments regarding the ongoing trial.
☑️Mandatory attendance at all court proceedings.
