You guys, hear me out.

If you’re an employer, don’t joke with staff members who are always bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Even if you can’t implement their ideas immediately, let them know their input is valued and they’re always welcome to share more.

You never know which one idea could become the next big breakthrough for your business. Sometimes, the greatest innovations come from the people closest to the work.
