MEDITATIVE PRAYERS: TUESDAY, 28TH JULY 2026

“But I will sing of thy power; yea, I will sing aloud of thy mercy in the morning: for thou hast been my defence and refuge in the day of my trouble.” Psalm 59:16

Dear Lord, You are a mighty tower – a strong and reliable fortress when I am in need of shelter. You have proven time and time again to be faithful and reliable. Your power alone is worthy of worship. You display mastery over nature, nations, and the heavens.

You also have the authority to enact judgment on me for my sins, but instead, You have shown abundant mercy. You are my defender and not my accuser. You are my advocate, friend, and hero. Praise be to You, oh Lord! In Jesus’ Name, amen.
