A landlord in my area never repaired leaking roofs.

His answer was always,

“Rain doesn’t fall every day.”
Manage it.

Then came the first heavy rainfall of the year.

The only room that flooded first was his own.

The tenants gathered outside…

…and told him to manage it too. 👀
