CHRISTIANO RONALDO has been tipped for an acting career ahead of starring in a TV show he is producing.

"Band of Brothers" star Damian Lewis will play the lead role in the show, which Ronaldo is serving as an executive producer on.

With filming already underway, including at League Two club Barnet, the Portugal captain is expected to cameo in the show, called Day 1s.
