When you’re exhausted, every other problem feels bigger, and every decision feels harder. Sleep is not a luxury or a sign of weakness. It’s the foundation everything else sits on.
Protect sleep the way you would protect oxygen.
Even if you can only manage 20–30 minutes more tonight, take it.
Lower the bar: dim lights, put the phone away, and lie down even if your mind is racing. Rest still counts.
A depleted body will keep sabotaging the mind, heart, and soul until it’s given what it needs.
