A 30-second lesson in leadership and collaboration.

1. The problem: 3 ducklings stranded by a ditch.
2. The mother couldn't solve it alone. So she did what great leaders do - she asked for help.
3. The dog didn't ignore her. He stepped DOWN into the problem to lift others UP.
4. When he was stuck, she didn't leave him. She pulled him out.

True success is reciprocal.
Ask for help when you need it. Offer help when you can. And never forget who helped you cross.
