Sometimes I really admire young people who have found their niche and decided not to work for anyone else.
They’ve mastered digital or technical skills, built something of their own, and chosen the path of entrepreneurship. That takes courage.
People don’t talk enough about how addictive a monthly salary can be. The comfort of knowing money is coming every month can make it difficult to take risks, even when you have bigger dreams.
There’s nothing wrong with having a salary job—it pays the bills and teaches valuable skills. But if your heart is pulling you towards building something of your own, don’t ignore that voice forever.
To everyone out there creating opportunities instead of waiting for them, I see you. You’re the real MVPs. 👏🏽
