An old businessman handed each of his five children a broomstick and asked them to break it. They all did so easily.
Then he tied five broomsticks together and asked them to break the bundle.
None could.
He smiled and said, "Money works the same way. One person may struggle to carry the weight of a big opportunity. But when trusted people combine their resources, knowledge, and discipline, opportunities that were once impossible become achievable."
Years later, the children stayed in business together and built an enterprise their father could only dream of.
