Thanks for sharing. However, a person's genotype does not change from SS to AA naturally or miraculously.

Someone born with SS will remain SS throughout life because genotype is inherited from your parents at conception and does not change with age, medication, prayer, or lifestyle.

Sometimes, people are misdiagnosed due to incorrect testing methods, poor record-keeping, or inaccurate results. In other rare cases, a person who has undergone a bone marrow (stem cell) transplant may have blood test results that appear different, but this does not mean their original inherited genotype has changed to AA.

It's always important to confirm genotype using a reliable laboratory, especially if there are conflicting test results.
