How can I describe the pain crisis of sickle cell disorder?
1. It is like the labour pain a term pregnant woman experiences when it is at its peak.
2. It is like the pain of multiple bone fractures.
3. It is like the pain of bone cancer.
It is like the chest stiffness that an asthmatic experience when in acute severe asthma attack.
