Does hard work matter?

Today progress often depends on the intersection of competence, visibility, relationships, timing, and access to the right opportunities. Talent without exposure can remain unnoticed, just as visibility without substance rarely sustains long-term success.

In many cases, the biggest difference between staying stuck and moving forward is the ability to consistently create value while staying connected to people, systems, and environments that amplify that value.
