The Abia State Structures for Signage and Advertisement Agency (ABSSAA) hereby invites advertisers, captains of industry, decision-makers, government functionaries, political parties, outdoor advertising practitioners, and other relevant stakeholders to its 2026 Annual Stakeholders' Engagement Forum.

Theme: "Order in the Outdoor: Partnership for Safe Campaigns, Sustainable Revenue and a Cleaner Abia 2026."

Time: 10:00 a.m. prompt

The ABSSAA Stakeholders' Engagement Forum is an annual event that brings together key stakeholders in the outdoor advertising industry to engage in meaningful discussions aimed at addressing challenges confronting outdoor advertising practice in Abia State, while collectively charting a progressive path for the industry.

This year's event will feature, among other highlights, the unveiling of the approved schedule of political campaign permit fees and operational guidelines for the forthcoming electioneering campaigns. The forum will also provide an opportunity for deliberate and constructive engagement on issues bordering on outdoor advertising regulation, environmental aesthetics, public safety, and revenue sustainability in the State.

The chief of staff to the Governor ,Pastor Caleb Ajagba PhD will grace the occasion as the Special Guest of Honour, while the Director General Bureau of Strategic communication,Barrister Onyebuchi Ememanka will deliver the keynote address.

Please note that attendance is strictly by invitation.

Stakeholders are encouraged to avail themselves of this unique opportunity to be part of the ongoing reforms aimed at promoting a safer, cleaner, and more organized outdoor advertising environment in Abia State.
