INEC’s Problems Stem From Multiple Factors, Including A Weak Judiciary - Agenyi

The Nigerian judiciary is expected to do more. Consider the cases referenced by the INEC Chairman. Even an average Nigerian who is not a legal practitioner can see that some of those cases should never have made it to court. The fact that they were entertained in the first place is part of the problem.
