A Woman's biggest mistake is thinking she is smarter than a man. She thinks she can steer him, but he already knows her plans. A strong man does not accept being led. He stays quiet to see to see if you will honor his friend. Leadership is a gift, not a prize to take when you try to guide him. You show that you do not trust his power to build trust his vision, a real man protects the partner who steps back honors his boundaries and lets him carry the heavy road.
