Change in Nigeria starts with owning a PVC.

The people who keep saying, "Nigeria is finished," yet refuse to register or collect their PVC are part of the problem.

You can't boycott the process and expect a different outcome.

Register. Collect your PVC. Vote. Then demand accountability!
