I want to believe that people spending ₦40M on weddings are celebrities, top people, public figures or people with more than ₦800M in their bank accounts.

It's cr@zy how exorbitant weddings have become these days, all just to make a vvoman happy and her shishi won't be included. Later she'll still çhēãt and bring in another man's çhīldrēñ to the man.

A man will spend that amount of money and his vvife will join kiridi groups where she can learn how to decenter him and challenge him in the house.

Marriage was established to honour vvomen and weddings are designed in a way that it revolves around what a vvoman wants.

From the ₦40M wedding expenses, how much of that money will be spent on things that pertain to the man? The bride's family alone will collect ₦6M for their fabrics. Is it easy to have an Odogwu son-in-law?

From my personal observations, couples who have extravagant weddings don't last together in marriage. So it's not about how expensive your wedding is but how healthy your marriage is.

It's better to carry Chelsea to win the league and play with the ₦40M because the marriage will still crash and she will be yapping nonsense about you on social media.

Men, be wise! Don’t listen to a woman and liquidate your livelihood money just to please a woman who can never be pleased.

Marriage is life after wedding not the ceremony.

Umu Anya Mmiri always plan with the man’s pocket, don’t give them that satisfaction.
