Paul Okoye, also known as Rudeboy, made this viral statement during a City FM Lagos radio interview while officially confirming the permanent split of the legendary Afrobeat duo, P-Square.

Paul alleged that his identical twin brother, Peter Okoye aka Mr P filed a petition with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against him and their older brother, Jude Okoye. Paul was interrogated and required to present sureties, but the EFCC eventually cleared him of all financial misappropriation claims.

However reacting to the allegation, Peter issued an open letter clarifying that his petition was not aimed at Paul. Instead, it targeted Jude and his wife for secretly diverting P-Square’s royalties into an un-shared corporate entity, Northside Music.

Paul claimed he wrote 99% of P-Square's hit catalog. Peter fiercely debunked this narrative, accusing Paul of consistently discrediting his artistic value and disrespecting his family.
