Not every story you know is a story you should tell.
If someone trusts you enough to share a personal struggle, honor that trust. Don’t turn their pain into someone else’s entertainment or a topic of casual conversation.

A trustworthy person doesn’t spread stories simply because they’re interesting. They understand that discretion is a mark of integrity.

Before you speak, ask yourself…
Is it true?
Is it necessary?
Is it kind?
Is it mine to tell?

Sometimes, the kindest words are the ones we choose not to speak.
