@Ojyokpe Ted Cruz slamming Nigeria over its insecurity response is not about Nigeria alone, it’s about U.S. strategic interests, global optics, and Nigeria’s failure to convincingly protect its citizens.

Cruz’s slam is a symptom, not the disease. The disease is Nigeria’s insecurity. Until Nigeria proves it can protect its people, foreign voices will keep calling out what Nigerians already live with daily. The real response shouldn’t be outrage, it should be reform, competence, and results.
