I Don’t Think The Army Is Ready To Accommodate 28,000 People — Ejiofor

They have to be budgeted for. If we are to give each of the 28,000 soldiers a room each for accommodation that will cost a lot of money. There is salary, uniform, training and welfare. It’s a huge project that needs extra budgetary allocation which hasn’t been made available.
