Strong women struggle too.

The mothers who hold everyone together.
The sisters who always answer the phone.
The aunties who encourage, advise and pray for everybody else.

Sometimes, the woman who appears strongest is silently exhausted.

Mental health struggles do not mean you are weak, ungrateful or lacking faith. You can love God, support your family and still need support yourself.

Let us create spaces where women can say, “I am not okay,” without shame, judgement or being told to simply be stronger.

Check on the women who always check on everyone else. Listen without rushing to fix them. Remind them that asking for help is an act of courage.

Today, tag or send this to a woman who needs to hear:

You matter.
Your feelings are valid.
You do not have to carry everything alone. ❤️
