Lagos Lawmakers Approve N200bn Bond, FAAC Financing Scheme

The Lagos State House of Assembly has approved the state government's request to issue a N200bn bond and join the Federation Account Allocation Committee Receivables Discounting Programme, both aimed at funding critical infrastructure projects across the state.

Lawmakers gave the approvals on Thursday after adopting a report from the Joint Committee on Economic Planning and Budget and Finance during plenary.
