Yesterday, I asked a simple question. Today, let me answer it myself.
Would I rather know I have a disease early or discover it when it's already serious?

My answer is simple: I'd rather know early.
I understand why many people are afraid of getting tested. The fear of hearing bad news is real. But avoiding a diagnosis doesn't stop a disease from progressing—it only delays the opportunity to treat it.

The earlier a disease is detected, the better the chances of successful treatment, fewer complications, lower healthcare costs, and, in many cases, a longer and healthier life.

Remember: Not knowing you're sick doesn't mean you're healthy.
Early detection doesn't create disease—it creates an opportunity to fight it before it fights you.

So, when was the last time you had a routine medical check-up? 💙
