WHEN FEAR MET FAITH AT THE CROSSROADS. EP2

Long before maps learned the names of roads,
there was a place where every traveler had to choose.
They called it the Cross roads.One evening,two strangers arrived from opposite directions. One carried a lantern, the other, a mirror. The one with the lantern was called FAITH. The one with the mirror answered FEAR.

Fear lifted the mirror before every traveler. "Look," it whispered. "See how far you could fall.See the storms.See the faces that may reject you.See the doors that may never open," and the mirror never lied.
It only remembered every wound the heart had not forgotten.

Then Faith raised the lantern. It did not erase the cliffs. It did not silence the thunder. It simply revealed that the road continued beyond them. Many Believed faith and Fear were enemies. Time smiled.

They had misunderstood. Fear guarded the edge of every cliff. Faith taught the feet how to cross it. Fear asked ,"What if you fail?" Faith replied ,"What if becoming is waiting on the other side?"

The wind arrived, wearing the scent of decision. Some turned back, holding Fear's mirror so tightly they forgot they had feet. Others walked forward, not because they had no fear but because they chose the lantern over the reflection.

Night watched without taking sides. Morning did what morning has always done. It found those who kept walking. For at every crossroads, Fear speaks first...
But only Faith knows what lies beyond the bend.
