Pawpaw (papaya) farms look like they’re selling cheap fruit, but the real multi-thousand-dollar economy is built in the background through precise, structured extraction of papain sap.

While we keep staring at the surface, waiting for politicians to hand us "ripe fruit" ignoring the massive, untapped value engine in our people and incentive architecture.

As established in the book Broken But Not Bent, "What a Society Rewards, It Encourages to Thrive." If we only reward quick hustles and political patronage, we miss the true high-value economy.
