Nigerian-British Inventor Silas Adekunle Built the World's First Intelligent Gaming Robot

Silas Adekunle, a Nigerian-born inventor and entrepreneur, rose to global recognition for creating MekaMon, the world's first intelligent gaming robot, and for co-founding the UK company behind it, Reach Robotics.

Adekunle moved from Nigeria to the United Kingdom at age 12. He went on to earn a first-class degree in robotics and was later awarded an honorary Doctor of Technology degree by the University of the West of England, Bristol.
