@Ojyokpe Is that new in Nigeria? Many outlets where issues are meant to be resolved free of charge they turned it to fund raising opportunities.
Police? Bail is free but you'll pay before bail form is given.
School ? You buy text books before your results will be given to you.
Hospital? Their pay points don't collect or accept payment directly unless you withdraw from individual staff pos to pay your bill.
Our government knows about all these and more but they do eyes like they don't see them. #whatstrendingwithojyokpe
