From a health perspective, not every battle is worth joining. Constant arguments, toxic relationships, gossip, and unnecessary drama can increase stress levels, raise blood pressure, affect sleep, trigger anxiety, and gradually take a toll on both your mental and physical health.

Protecting your peace isn't selfish—it's a health decision. Sometimes, the healthiest response is to walk away, set boundaries, and refuse to be dragged into situations that rob you of your emotional well-being.
Not every invitation deserves your attendance. Protect your peace like your life depends on it—because, in many ways, it does.
