Whether this sign reflects a personal experience, a symbolic statement, or simply a graduation message, it brings attention to a conversation we shouldn't ignore.

Academic success should never come at the cost of a student's dignity. Education is earned through hard work, discipline, and merit—not through coercion, favoritism, or the exchange of sexual favors.
Sexual harassment in educational institutions is more than an ethical issue; it has serious consequences for students' mental health. Many victims experience anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, fear, shame, and even lose confidence in their academic abilities. Some drop out entirely because the learning environment no longer feels safe.

At the same time, it's important to avoid assuming guilt based on rumors or stereotypes. Most lecturers are dedicated professionals who work hard to educate and mentor students with integrity. We should support victims who come forward while also respecting due process and evidence in individual cases.

Every student deserves a learning environment where they can succeed because of their knowledge, effort, and character—not because of pressure, fear, or exploitation.

A university should graduate minds, not trauma. Let's keep working toward campuses where respect, accountability, and excellence define the academic experience.
