You told us that when subsidy is removed the saving will go to education,hospitals and infrastructure....you told us that all revenue agencies meet thier targets and even more...you have accumulatively borrowed N80tr in 3 years ....All the ministries and governments agencies are complaining of lack of funding including the security agencies...you are running 3 budget circles with 20% implementation...Where is all the money ?
