The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) has endorsed the implementation framework for the Nigeria–Morocco Gas Pipeline (NMGP), with Member States adopting the Inter-Governmental Agreement (IGA) at the 69th Ordinary Session of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government held in Abuja.
