Salary: ₦600,000 – ₦700,000 Monthly

Summary
Our client is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from concept development to completion. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget
• Review architectural designs, drawings, and technical documentation
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Manage client relationships and provide regular project updates
• Ensure adherence to building regulations and industry standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural project management
• Strong knowledge of project planning, construction processes, and contract administration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other relevant software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Professional certification or membership with a recognized architectural body is an added advantage
