🚨 Tenant chased his landlady away after she came to collect house rent while his apartment was still flooded and many of his belongings had been destroyed. 😳🌊

Now this is a difficult one…

The tenant felt it was insensitive for the landlady to demand rent while he was still dealing with the aftermath of the flood.

The landlady, on the other hand, may also have her own reasons for asking for the rent.
