paying to collect your PVC ! this is criminal! this is how Nigerians are indirectly disenfranchised, and it's one of the reasons voter turnout remains low. INEC needs to wake up and do its job. Visit your registration offices—you'll find people waiting to register, collect, or correct their PVCs, yet many leave without being attended to. Every eligible citizen deserves a fair opportunity to vote. Stop being a tool for keeping Nigeria in perpetual backwardness. Nigerians deserve better.
