Left frame is Dr Datti Baba-Ahmed and wife celebrating the graduation of their son in faraway Queen Mary University London, last year.

Second frame is Osun State Gov Adeleke celebrating the graduation of his daughter from the Adeleke University Ede, Osun State recently .

True, both families do have their rights to send their children to school in any part of the world. But in terms of optics I doff my hat for the dancing governor. He believes in the quality of his brother's university. A good endorsement.

Compare that with the choice of Dr Baba-Ahmed, proprietor of Baze University, Abuja, one of the outrageously most expensive universities in Nigeria. His action sends the signal that even he doesn't believe in what he has. So why should anyone else?

Like minds🫂: We also saw the graduation picture of the daughter of the VC of a Nigerian university with his father the VC during their daughter's graduation ceremony in the UK, so tell me with this kind of mentality how will our system work?
