In the attached video, l talked about my 5 #NGX strategies. One of the 5 is CONCENTRATION. As you may have seen on my timeline before, l hold 70 stocks for different reasons.

AccessCorp is one of my concentration stocks. I hold 5m units of it and my average cost per unit right now is about N20. Average cost is at N20 because l have recycled it before ..... lol. First time l purchased it was below N10.

Beauty of concentration is this. If the stock moves by N2 positively on any trading day, it adds N10m to my portfolio and vice versa. If a dividend of even N3 is paid, l get credited N15m less WHT.

However, you really need to know what you are doing in deciding your concentration stocks. Getting it right can create massive wealth for you and at the same time can damage you if you get it wrong. You cannot do this by guesswork. It has to be by conviction after your own analysis that MUST align with your own bespoke investment strategy. Investment is serious business, not gambling please.
