Our standards dictate what we attract and maintain. It is important we evaluate our inner circle. Are they normalizing excuses or pushing us to elevate our own standards? Unfollow accounts and mute notifications that drain our mental energy or take us away from our work. Remove friction for good habits and create friction for bad ones.
