As you start your day, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7)

Fear is a spirit, but it is not from God. When you feel that cold grip of paralysis, you have the right to swap it for God’s "Triple Threat": Power (to act), Love (to focus on others), and a Sound Mind (to think clearly). You aren't fighting for victory over fear; you are fighting from the victory Christ already won. You have the mental and spiritual equipment to handle whatever today throws at you.🙏🏽
