This shifting rhetoric raises understandable questions. When identity is highlighted mainly during moments of electoral advantage, many voters may view it as political strategy rather than deeply held conviction. Mr. Amaechi, I hope you know that public trust is earned through, consistency, a keen sense of authenticity and a clear sense of principle over time. Ndi'gbo are not stupid.
