CAF ambassador and former England international Eni Aluko has publicly questioned the Confederation of African Football's decision to overturn the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations result and award the title to Morocco.

Senegal defeated Morocco 1-0 in Rabat in the final, but CAF subsequently stripped Senegal of the title months after the match. Aluko described the ruling as "confusing," adding her voice to growing criticism of the decision.

The controversy remains one of the most debated rulings in recent AFCON history.
